Thanks

Booked with zippy holidays in January paid monthly was very helpful any questions answered right away would highly recommend them and Shaun was very friendly when I was stressing 10/10 😊

Henry was excellent. Always prompt replies to my questions and queries. So helpful. I will definitely be using zippy holidays to book in the future.

Michelle has been very friendly, helpful and completely informative, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions, she sent me pictures, messages even calls back to make sure I have received everything and when she made a slight mistake with the money she was straight on the phone apologizing and for that I am extremely grateful. My husband and I have a special needs daughter and Michelle was very sympathetic and offered us other choices. Our holiday isn't until Feb 2024 but as for customer service goes she is lovely and I highly recommend her 😁

I contacted Zippy travel in order to book a package holiday to Disneyland Paris and was assisted by Michele who was so proffesional and helpful. She arranged the flights, hotel, transfers and the attraction. tickets and made me feel at ease and confident that the holiday would be special. Thank you so much Michele. I shall certainly be in touch again.
