Booked a transfer on 22nd October from Krakow Airport to our hotel in Krakow ty west. Arrived 12.15am. No transport waiting. We were a party of ten. 4 children 2 senior 80+. Four adults. Telephoned. After 25 minutes got an answer told to wait for a reply 20 minutes no reply. Rang again 10 minutes later answer told not coming. No alternative offered. Phone dead. Had to arrange 3 taxi at a cost to ourselves. Zip are refusing to repay cost. Because we did not get receipts from the taxi drivers. This is at 2 am in the morning in pouring rain. What sort of service are they supplying. Plenty apologies. But no action. Words are cheap our taxis and experience was not. If you are a good company you can sort this. Stand up and be counted. Left a review a few years ago (2022 & 2023) as I had received no response from the original employee I was in contact with (for months!) only for them to respond a few weeks ago asking me to contact them regarding my review and It’s now been about 2 months, I’ve left multiple messages via their website,with contact details to get the ball rolling and nothing. They’re only responding to reviews to get five stars On trustpilot. they’re not responding to actually solve any issues. Respectfully, only respond to my review if you’re actually going to give me my refund other than that don’t even bother.

I have booked my holiday for Dubai with Max Zippy Holidays for October 2025 and the way he has looked after me pin to point I mean each and everything.
He’s really looked after me and me needs especially me disabled.

Very fast service.
The room I requested Max at Two Seasons on Sheikh Zayed Road n I also have requested the view of Burj Ul Arab n a balcony as I will be going to attend another family wedding and plus celebrating my 50th.

This is the second time I m booking with Max Zippy Holidays from my first experience he’s the best.

Excellent service provided by Peter very polite and went the extra mile to give us exactly what we wanted peter done a fantastic job and got the best deal for our new york trip for my 50th birthday. Peter communicated throughout the holiday making sure everything went smoothly and made us feel comfortable and safe whist we where in new york .he dealt with any problems direct with the hotel and made sure we had a fantastic memorable experience. This holiday company seem good if it's going in their favour. I had to cancel my holiday and I was told you'll get your deposit back in 5 working days, 7 working days and then 8-10 working days. Absolute joke, please be careful!!!!

What an amazing trip Shahzad has organize for us! It was all perfect. The hotel he booked for us in Paris was 100/100. Totally recommended and I can’t wait to book another Disneyland trip with Zippyholidays!
