They did not respond to any contact I tried to make about when I was going to get my purchase. They didn’t ship the package until after I called the credit card company to dispute the charges after over 6 weeks. They used fake postage so the post office said I needed to pay $15 for postage to get the package. I ended up refusing the package and getting my money back from the credit card company.

Been just about a month since I have ordered. Still no update. I keep getting a automated response. I'll never order from here again. I suggest everyone else save your money. Unless your in no rush to get it. Then order.

I got taken bad by this company . It was nothing but a horrible hassle The product was horrible quality. Not one good thing to say about them .

Never received my daughter birthday present. I ordered 2 hoodies in January and never received it and my daughter birthday was the 2nd week of February. I even gave a $30 tip for it to come faster but no waste of money. This page is a scam!!!!! Don’t waste your money. They was quick to take the payment but NEVER GAVE ME MY MERCH NOR MY MONEY BACK.

I gave Zipy Hoodie one star because their custom work is awesome everything else is horrible. Because of Zipy Hoodie I read all reviews before purchasing ANYWHERE. All of their hoodies are custom. The under Armour hoodie was a fake but they charge you as if it’s a legit brand. The sizes are small extra large is the he size of a normal medium. I ordered weeks before Christmas according to their website the three hoodies I ordered should have been here in ample time. I received them a month and a 1/2 after I ordered them. When I requested to send them back because I had to purchase items elsewhere they conveniently moved their warehouse to China it would cost more to send the items back than the money I lost purchasing their items. Customer service is inconsistent items are inconsistent. I have been waiting since 2/28/25 for my 20% back doesn’t seem like I will get it at this point…

The picture they show you of the material is nothing like you receive. This place is a double dud. Looks like it's made out of a polyester material. It's 100% polyester. Do not buy from this company you will be disappointed. Very disappointed EX-customer

Really a zero. Ordered 2 hoodies before Christmas. Assured they would be in time for the holiday. Nope, came January 28. Already bought something different for holiday. Long back and forth with much time elapsing. Wouldn’t offer return prepaid label. Said it was under Armour. No indication of that. Refused refund unless it was sent back to a post box in China. Paid $110. Got 20% back. Donated them. RIP OFF!!

We ordered two hoodies for my son in January 2025. Unfortunately, their sizes run at least 2 sizes too small. We inquired about assistance to see if we could exchange them for a bigger size. They responded that since we were over their 30-day policy from the delivery date, an exchange is no longer an option. We are very disappointed with this company, to say the least.

Buyer be where, sizes run SMALL, need to return back to China, love them but way TOO SMALL

We placed an order for Christmas and paid the expedited shipping and insurance to get it in time and it never came. The company kept saying it was delivered but it wasn’t. We tried communicating with them for over a month trying to get a replacement since we paid for insurance and nothing was resolved. They just kept dragging it on, blaming everything else but themselves, and not being helpful at all. It was very frustrating and disappointing. We will absolutely never order from them again.

horrible ... do not buy scam.... tag says made in USA and the thing came from China... tried to get it returned let's just say it's beed 2 months with no resolution .. and no response back.. and they said I would have to pay shipping again

Don’t be fooled by this online store. It has a Canadian address by my purchase came from China. Nothing wrong with it but the hoodies were smaller than US sizes and it was nog specified that it would come in Asian size or that they run small. When I reached out they never made an effort to make it right and of course if your return it it’ll be at your expense. So you think you’re saving a few dollars but it’s really wasting money if you can’t wear it.

I am in the same situation as the others on here I ordered an adult sm sweatshirt it was more like a childs medium. they had me send a picture of the shirt compared to another sweatshirt I place it on top of and next to my 7 year olds sweatshirt and they were the exact same size. I tried to talk to them over the course of 2 months begging for a return label since this was their error not mine and they have now moved their facility to china and so they cant help me. Aggravating and now I have wasted my money and a sweatshirt that is useless. they offered a discount on another purchase.........No thank you. Never again

Never received. Gave tracking for delivery in a totally different state. It was a Christmas gift. They will not refund. Stay away from this company. A total scam!

First of all there was a counterfeit mailing label used to send the hoodie, so even though I already paid online for postage, I had to pay another $14 in order to get it from the post office. Hoodie not what we wanted. Don’t like the material. When I checked tag to see if it was the blend of materials that we had ordered, I saw that the tag was cut out. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from them again.

Do not purchase from this company! The "adult large" sweatshirt I received was more like a youth medium. When I asked for an exchange, they informed me I'd need to return the sweatshirt to their warehouse, IN CHINA! The company claims to be a US company as they office out of Las Vegas. The cost to return my ~$50 sweatshirt was going to be over $50 to ship to China. They offered to let me keep the tiny sweatshirt and purchase another one from their website with a 30% discount. No thanks. I don't need to buy anymore products that will not fit.
Do not buy from this company. The customer service is responsive, but terrible at fixing their mistakes.

I ordered a hoodie for my grandson, this was ordered 12/7/24, as of 2/21/25, I have no hoodie and they will not issue a refund. I attempted to contact customer service, they claim it was in transit. The shipping, which is from China not las vegas, had the item in transit, however after saying it was in New York, it was back in China 3 days later, then the shipping information was removed from the site. I used paypal with this purchase, opened a dispute, which is a joke of a process for Ziply to say the order is in transit, the Shipping tracking information was provided again that stated, this was not an accurate shipment number. Paypal does not assist with this matter, Ziply will not respond other to say they are looking into it, Paypal closed the dispute. RUN, don't waste your money with this site, find a reputable site to purchase from

Decided the ordered sweatshirt was not what I wanted, then tried to return and have had slow/delayed/nonexistent customer service in the return process for refund. Will not order from here again.
