!!AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
Absolute nightmare. Was sold a flight ticket that turned out to be completely fake, arrived at the airport and no one had any record of the booking. There were zero references, just fake or refunded documents. It wasted my time, money, and caused a lot of stress. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away. Scam company with fake 5 star reviews. You try contact them and they will say it was delayed or ressechduled and say they will call back however no one does.
Had to buy a whole separate ticket from a different place. Will be contacting my bank and solicitors.

This is an absolute scam of a company do not use them to even buy a bus ticket. This company is bunch of crooks no tickets issued and no sign of refund that was promised as this company failed to issue flight tickets to Goa. Do not use this company as they will cause you stress and worry. They have no morales and no completely no empathy to customer concerns.

I strongly advise people to think twice before booking with this company. They currently owe me over £3,000, and it has now been four months with still no refund.

They left me and my partner stranded abroad by fraudulently sending us a booking that didn't exist

I have made numerous attempts to contact them by phone and message, but they have repeatedly ignored my calls and messages and failed to provide a proper resolution.

This is completely unacceptable. I have been patient and given them more than enough time to resolve this matter, yet I am still waiting for money that is rightfully owed to me.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be very careful before giving them your money.

Eda promise the world but gives you false statements and lies. You wait for ticket over 7 weeks and she just keeps saying I will get it soon.
Don't use this company. I'm still trying to get me money back

Booking with zistravels was an easy process. I travelled to spain for an holiday with my family. Eda Khan was holiday consultant. I am happy with her customer service. I got the vouchers late but free airport transfer was added to holiday which was good. overall experience is good. Cheers

Despite any difficulties we went through the agent( Jessica) always found the way to handle it.

Awful. I paid for 2 return tickets to Botswana and they never came, but they did keep sending me a flight itinerary which they were saying was the e-ticket. Airline confirmed that my booking did not exist. While trying to sort it out with Zis on the telephone they talk over me and then cut me off. Then travel day came and went. I had to buy new tickets from a trusted retailer. My bank has applied to them for refund and I am relieved that I do not have to communicate with Zis Travels again.

I really thankful to Zis travels especially Jessica who provided us with best guidance in terms of cheap and best flight tickets in emirates airlines.I appreciate Jessica very much for her patience and honesty support.First time I book through agency ,so I don’t know much about the group ticket process and I am worried about scammers,but Jessica always approachable and answered all my queries without any negligence, she understands our concern very well,most importantly she given me very cheap price in the last time of travel date particularly am so happy with the cheap price in the emirates airlines.I strongly recommend to all the people who need the flights tickets in cheap price and best experience, please contact Zis travels ,once again thank you so much Jessica.

I booked a flight and did the initial payment as well . And then my trip got cancelled , They refund me the money within few minutes their customer service is excellent.

I am surprised
I have booked with them to travel to Lahore for my Eid holidays in April. I have been given a booking of Emirates airline with no ticket number, then i came to see there reviews and it made me more worry and i directly called them to refund but them I talked to there Manager Amaan, he advised me to give him time and he delivered , i got my tickets week before my travel and it was with good discount. I dont know abt others but i am happy with the service. Will surely recommend them

These people have cheated my Sister also in the same fashion. My sister and her daughter have booked with these unscrupulous people in November 2025 and tomorrow is the travel date. Today they are saying that the Etihad flight is rescheduled and they will give another ticket for some other day. When they checked with Etihad there was no booking in their name and there was no flight reschedule. It seems their trick is giving a booking in reservation system and give a copy to the passenger by convincing that it is a genuine ticket. After that they will cancel the booking from the airline system without issuing the ticket. There is no ticket number or actual booking in the airline system. I am afraid they are into some illegal activities and we are reporting this to police. Stay away from these people. They have cheated people in the same way as this case as seen in the reviews. Now that my sister is paying £2500 extra for the last minute ticket purchase through a genuine agent. It was a mental torture for her family since booking in November as these people were telling, the ticket will appear 24 hours before the travel in the airline portal.

I bought a ticket to uganda on the 28 Dec 2025.i was supposed to leave for uganda on the 6th of January 2026,the flight got cancelled, only to be told by the airline staff that my name was not in the system because this travel agency did not give me a really ticket with a ticket number, when I rang them from the airport, they told me that I will get my ticket number during the boarding time, I have never experienced anything like that, I continually rang them only to be told that the flight is now on the 9th of January because the 7th one is fully booked. I broke down in tears in front of the lady at the airport desk ,she told them that they are seats available and they should rebook me to travel on the 7th of January, I am still waiting for the ticket number. Avoid a lady called Jessica Smith from that travel agency because she is not a human being at all

I’d suggest you avoid these criminals.
They have my money since July 4th 2025 and have refused to refund it. They keep lying that it has been refunded and I’ll get it soon but this is well over a month and nothing to show.
I’ve reported them to the right authorities though and I’ve also informed my bank.
Do not engage any of them. I repeat do not!!! Especially one Rayaan. He’s such a dishonest person.

One aspect that truly impressed me was the level of customer service I experienced. staff was always available to assist me, promptly addressing any queries or concerns that arose.
