I’ve looked into this as a matter of urgency this morning, and I am very sorry that your email went unanswered. This is certainly not typical of Zita West or the level of service we strive to provide.

Your ticket was assigned to a team member who was away, and unfortunately it did not flow back into the main queue of unsolved enquiries. I sincerely apologise for this oversight. We will be reviewing our processes to ensure this does not happen again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I can see from the tracking that the shipment was released from customs on 13 December and was out for delivery the following day. However, a note was then added confirming that the shipping address provided was incomplete.

Please look out for a follow-up email from me so we can obtain the additional address information and resend the order.
