Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the immense frustration this situation has caused. It is completely unacceptable that your emails went unanswered, and for that failure in our communication, we sincerely apologize.
We have immediately investigated your order from October to understand what happened. The tracking information provided by the official shipping carrier shows that the package was successfully delivered earlier this year.
Here are the specific details from the carrier's tracking log:
"Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 1:03 pm on February 8, 2025 in SAINT MICHAEL, MN 55376."
We understand how confusing it is when the tracking says "delivered" but you do not have your package. Often, this can happen if the package was left in an unusual spot, picked up by another member of the household, or delivered to a neighbour by mistake.
We would like to help you resolve this. Could you please take a moment to check with family members or neighbours to see if they might have received it on your behalf? It can also be very helpful to contact the local post office in Saint Michael directly, as they can sometimes provide more specific details from the mail carrier who was on that route.

I received the product that I ordered in a timely fashion. Given the difficulties of international transactions, they make it easy to order, just be patient if your in USA. My order took about 2 weeks through regular post office on my end.

Very easy
Very easy. To follow the package, they will work with you in payment type. ( I didn’t have PayPal ) arrived in about 10 days. Packages are nice and convenient. Have purchased twice from them. Always recommend them.

Great company to work with
Great company to work with. My first order got held up in customs and got lost. I texted and asked for them to check on it for me they did and said they would reship my order on charge. That order too got lost in the USPS system this time. Texted them again they checked the order and reshipped again no charge. I have now received my order. Thank you so much. They worked with me the whole way through this order. Thank you again

I live in Canada and I ordered…
I live in Canada and I ordered Ivermectin. After a delay at what appeared to be Customs I received a letter stating they were refusing entry to my order. I informed Ziverdo about this and they immediately offered to ship another order. The second shipment arrived quickly and with no issues. So there is a chance your order will be turned back at Customs, but Ziverdo was great to deal with to resolve.

Don't be afraid to order!
I was very leery of ordering this kit from India but I needn't have been. My first order was delivered per tracking, but I never received it (stolen from mailbox?) I contacted the store via email and they promptly sent out another pack, which was hand-delivered to me from my postman about 20 days later. All of my communication (even my panicky ones!) were answered quickly and professionally. I would have no problem at all ordering again.

Professional and Prompt Customer Service.
I made an order and followed up weeks later with an email asking when the shipment would arrive. Within hours I was notified by the company that the shipment was lost in transit. The outcome was that another batch. Was sent out to me at no cost. A couple of weeks after this second batch was sent out I send another email querying the shipments where about and was told it had arrived and was awaiting dispatch by the main customs facility in Sydney.
To my surprise the package arrived intact two days later!
Throughout this process every email communication was professional and concise.
I have had nothing but helpful and prompt information from the Ziverdo Team. Thank you all.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. The first mailing did not make it. I reached out to Ziverdo expecting nothing more than a "sorry that's the risk you took." Instead, they offered me a full refund or to ship it again. I asked for them to try again and it made it! There was no hesitation on their part to do what they could to get me these life-saving meds. They are in this for the right reasons. I took a risk not knowing if this was a scam. It is not. They are a trusted resource to order medications. I would do it again!

The customer service is excellent!
The customer service is excellent and their communication with me has been 5 star all the way! My order took 5 weeks and I was so worried because my brother ordered and received his in two and half weeks. I found out there are suppliers in several cities so that was the delay. I would definitely order from Ziverdo kit store without hesitation. They are first class in responding by email. The kit arrived just in time and worked miraculously in a day.
