I purchased their LTD back when they operated as Sales Simplify. However, after rebranding to Zixflow, they declined to transfer us to their new platform and refused to issue a full refund. Additionally, they misled website visitors by taking our company review and displaying it on their new platform without consent. I had to request its removal.

One thing that I liked the most about this software is its UI. It's so easy to use once you understand it. Also, the customer support team is always ready to help you out in case you find it difficult to understand something.

I've been using this product for a few months now and have been loving it! It has saved me so much time with its bulk lead contact import feature, as well as automating my workflow. I recently tried the Forecast tool from Sales simplify and I must say I'm really impressed. It's incredibly easy to use and the results it produces are top-notch. With it, I was able to quickly estimate and forecast my revenue. It also allows me to assign goals to agents, teams, or organizations and track their progress. This tool is a friendly and powerful way to stay on top of your business. Highly recommend!

It's quite easy to use Sales Simplify, the pipeline is super easy with drag and drop feature and also swip feature in activity to mark as done or completed.It doesn't take long to get familiar with but once you do, it's easy to use. Additionally, Sales Simplify is constantly releasing new features and functionality, which keeps them ahead of their competition.

Amazing platform to capture the leads using Lead bot

It is easy to understand and has a very friendly UI. Most suitable for all your sales integrations, the formats of the reports are excellent and very detailed with graphical and numerical representations. A much more interesting thing is it's easy to integrate options for different suitable tools like Skype etc. The amazing reporting formats give it an edge over the other CRMs available in the market. The filter and logic criteria to create the reports are exceptional. You don't need to copy and paste numbers, just click the number you want to dial. This will also log the call information you made.

It helps ensure leads don't get stale. It will highlight leads that need follow up based on specific criteria that the user has input. The icons next to each lead make it very clear what stage the lead is on and what type of follow up is needed.
Easy to use. It is relatively easy to learn and use. The process of entering leads and moving them through various stages is simple and clear.

Improves communication between sales and management. It's easy to see the top leads and what needs to be done, so this takes some time off of reps having to tell the story of each lead to management.

Best Practice flows for the Sales Organization can readily and quickly be introduced to Users. Data consistency and adherence to data definitions/standards can be incorporated into the Object entries. We can drill down via reports and dashboards to collaborate on stuff like Marketing spend ROI's, employee retention and general corporate indexes to maintain control on our business.

Our customer service has been phenomenal since implementing Sales Simplify! It's extremely rare a new lead or a task for a customer is missed and that only happens from user error (not setting a task for that customer). No more paper files. The activity log sales simplify keeps of all our employees is an awesome feature too! We have used a few platforms over the years and this one is by far the BEST. No big issues and we've been using this one since about 2017. Other softwares or platforms are cheaper but like the old saying, you get what you pay for!
