Good but must be improved and more details and what is relevant in the week structure of football

Hello! It was formal and some good information in the document but is missing some details for guidance how to apply it correctly and the direction to folllow and why is important and relevant

The Quality of the exercises is so


The Quality of the exercises is so good. The coach experience is obvious but you should improve the way of presenting the exercises to be easy to follow. As a player or a coach I don't want to take a lot of time to follow the program because sometimes I am in the gym and it will be exhausted to focus on the video to follow it. In short I think you need to focus on make the program as easy as short to follow with just a look.

Fitness Periodisation Top

I already use this Periodisation, it helps me a lot with my team! As a suggestion, maybe you could do a periodization, but with examples of trainings/drills of each day. Thanks 🀝
