I have been a member of Zodiac for quite A few years with no problems at all . But since Windows 10 took off their map app I have not been able to play.I get to slow internet every time .And my internet hasn't changed or slow. I've tried my andoid tablet and my android phone to play with the same result .I have tried four other browsers with the same result.

My 100 $ is still not in my account. Still says pending. What I'd zodiac. Problem. Rippoff. Man over a month now cause it's nit on my end. Cause it goes automatically into my account

I've been a "customer" to Zodiac for 6 years. Won a few times, my biggest withdrawal was 9000$. However this casino have changed. I can really notice that for the last 6 months. Since they updated their system with the chatbot, it's all just gone downhill. No winnings, can't wager any bonus off for a balance that i could withdraw, not even 50$. If you win a few thousands be sure that you will be depositing a few thousands before you win again...You will lose at least double the amount that you won before you win again. My experience. So since they updated their site it's got really bad. I'm sure others feel the same way too.

I contacted zodiac about my Withdrawl and they told me bank refused my withdrawal so I had to update my bank details which the payment team done very quikly and payment was in my bank same day so worked out fine in the end and every Withdrawl after that went into my bank with no problems

What an absolute joke of a site, the site accused me of playing the casino for 20 hours straight when really my account had "auto sign in" switched on and it wouldn't let me switch it of therefore they restricted me and when I asked for my account back they told me to send my details back, so I did and they ended up restricting me for 5 years as I had a gamstop account from like 4 years ago, it's a joke of a site, I started to win some decent money and I don't think they liked it tbh, don't waste your time or your money on the app, there's waaay better slot sites out there.

I won $1590 and then the game started glitching by itself. I was on $5 bet. I automatically lost $100 and then another $100 in 5 seconds(while on $5 bet). The one time I requested to when I did have about £170 of wins I received a message informing me that they could no longer pay my winnings into my type of bank account that I deposited from and to choose an alternative method to receive payment. Unfortunately I put all my winnings back. I think this site does not like paying out and will try to entice you to reverse your withdrawal request. Also the wagering requirements are too high for the bonuses received. You have to win an awful lot before the bonus goes down to nil and after that when playing into your cash balance you suddenly seem to be losing so as you will be encouraged to deposit again and again. I think this casino causes its customers to chase their own tails until they have nothing left. I find it hard to trust any casino that won’t pay out.

I was playing a game on zodiac casino 2 months ago, on two separate occasions I won free spins, and while they gave me the credits of the spins, they never gave me the multiplying bonus. I have sent them over 10 emails, through Casino Rewards email. They have all the transaction and Session numbers. They need to do the right thing as I've spent so much money at their casino's. Their phone message says they answer emails immediately, this is just not true.

This "casino" will pay you the first time you play but they make sure to take all your winnings back and more. I have yet to win a second time. The first and only time I won it was only $300. Definitely not what they advertise, and I have probably dumped $500-$600 back in and nothing won. I think I hold onto my money. Thunk twice before you play here
