Very friendly staff... Everytime I've called to make a payment or asked questions regarding my account they are courteous, take the time to review my information and do everything they can to help...... ãã£ãšèŠã
I didnât like my account being hit on payday right after midnight before my paycheck hit. I think it happened a couple of times, so perhaps timing of the auto draft can be changed.

Wasted my time!
I was initially declined, then the sales associate called and I was sent an approval confirmation. While the sales associate was completing the paperwork for the sale, I was contacted by a representative of Zo to send in more information in order to receive my approval but I already had my approval and code to proceed. The sales associate was confused so she reached back out to Zo and was told to stop processing the sale until I sent in more information for a approval. I live 100 miles away from the store so I can't just run and grab paperwork to send in. It was a waste of my time and would not recommend but that is my experience.

Made my day, got my husband showed him what I was going to purchase, he was happy. when I got home Monday, he was already asleep on his side of sofa, lol so again thank you for making my dream come true.

This has to be the worst lending company I have financed with. At first is no problem, then after a family member passed I started having trouble paying for my bill. They called me to see what was going on, I told them my situation and they were very helpful and told me I could skip a payment due to hardship. At first I was grateful, until they started to call me almost everyday to pay my bill. And I explained to them I spoke with someone already but they didnât look at the notes. So I had to explain again what happened. They kept doing this for how many weeks to the point I blocked them on my phone, then another number started calling. I had made multiple payments to get out of that headache, just to find out that I got another late payment from 2 months ago from the first time I could make my payment due to the hardship. I made a double payment last week and it should have covered it, but no it showed up 2 months later. At this point I want to pay my account in full and I canât because they have to send it to a supervisor to get the amount because of my late $12.34 that showed up from 2 months ago. Then my account disappears online! I would not recommend this place! Progressive leasing is the way to go, had that last year but decided to go with this company instead. Worst mistake I did!
