Our portal system & mobile phone app is a major part of our business model and how we approach property management. Downloadable to Android or iPhone, residents are able to log maintenance issues, view payment history/arrears and more. Our Resident director / Freeholder portal shows a higher level of financial information and all maintenance logs. We are revolutionising the industry by offering the best and most transparent service to residents, resident directors and freehold investors.

Highly recommend Zone!

Highly recommend Zone!! The best management company i have dealt with in 30 years! Very knowledgeable and helpful and managed to sort out some very difficult issues for me at their own time and cost! Uyi always goes over and above to ensure I can relax knowing my investment is in good hands.
