Deactivation GAME

Imagine you just launched your store, two weeks later you're deactivated, (Fraudulent, Danger to the community). I couldn't understand why they were telling me this, I searched for help all I heard was $2500-$3000. I tried doing it on my own, I sent a letter very confrontational I had pushed back 😂. 9 months later I came across your template I followed your template two days later I was reinstated. What I realized you have to play their game on their platform. I just wanted to thank you once again for putting out the information FREE of charge. Respectfully Nation

I have tried to cancel my subscription


I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

We are really sorry to hear you were surprised by your subscription renewal. All renewal dates can be seen within the ZonGuru platform and a reminder is sent out prior to the transaction occurring to prevent these situations from happening.

ZonGuru subscriptions continue to renew until the user no longer wants to continue. At which point cancelation can be done very simply through the software itself, or by reaching out to support prior to the renewal date.

We can see you requested a refund more than a month into the new subscription period which is significantly outside the refund window and why the refund cannot be provided.

ZonGuru is a self-service subscription service that renews at the end of each billing period as our users rely on uninterrupted access for the day-to-day running of their Amazon businesses. If no cancelation activity is received the subscription continues.

Regarding the terms and conditions these are applied to all users equally to ensure fairness. We make very effort to ensure our users are informed of how the subscriptions work and all subscription information is available within the platform.

Great tool but Support team availability is not good enough

Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.

I cancelled my subscription 3 payments


I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

We have looked into this one for you and we can't find any record of cancelation activity within your account and according to our records the last communication with you was 2 years ago.

We have reached out via email multiple times over the last few days and still haven't received a response.

Your subscription has been canceled and it will not continue unless we hear from you.

Refund process and customer service is horrible

Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund.

They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing.

Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially.

Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund.

Many reviews across the web with the same experience.

My recommendation:
Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

Beware to configure your credit card.

Beware to configure your credit card. I signed up with the plan and they charged double and refused to re-fund. Very poor customer satisfaction as i am planning to take this further. I would suggest not to congifure your credit card as they keep on increasing the charges and withdraw without permision.

Cautionary Review:

I want to share my recent experience with configuring my credit card for a service. Unfortunately, I faced significant issues that have left me dissatisfied and prompted further action. I strongly advise against configuring your credit card with this company due to unexpected double charges and their refusal to provide a refund.

In the past, I have never encountered a situation where the agreed-upon amount was exceeded without my consent when configuring my credit card for online services.

In this case, I was billed an excessive amount, exceeding 65% of the agreed-upon sum, after configuring my credit card. This percentage increase is far beyond acceptable limits, considering the trust placed in them to handle my card details.

After noticing the issue, I requested a refund the next day, but the company showed a lack of professionalism in their response. It was also frustrating that their email communication often ended up in my spam folder.

Based on my experience, I urge caution when dealing with this company and advise thoroughly checking their emails if you have already configured your card.

Considering their attempt to seek public justification without any remorse, I suggest others be cautious as well.

Thanks for your offer ! Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to this regrettable experience.

We appreciate the feedback. Our records show you signed up for a Seller subscription in March 2023. The payment you requested a refund for was significantly outside our refund policy and as I'm sure you will understand these terms need to be applied to all users equally to ensure fairness.

In regards to the amount of the charge, our prices changed in June 2023 to better serve our user base. We sent multiple emails in the month leading up to the change and provided advice on how you could lock in the old pricing if you wished to do so. As you did not respond to these emails, nor take any action within your ZonGuru account your monthly subscription moved to the new pricing.

Users have the ability to cancel at any time directly from their account as well as view upcoming payments. As no cancelation action was taken on your part the subscription continued as expected with a monthly plan.

Our offer of additional support still stands if you ever want to give our tools another try.

I was on free trial

I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up.
I need to cancel full yr subscription.
It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far.

Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription.
I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon.
Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments.
