I have attempted to speak with a live representative in regards to the extended warranty, I don't believe my warranty is valid, and I have requested a refund that I am entitled to, because I have not been able to utilize this. The AI representative said they would get back in touch in two business days; It has been four business days, and there has still been no response.

This is a fraudulent company. The good reviews are clearly fake. Anyone who has been unlucky enough to hand them money knows they will never be heard from again. Stay away!

Had an amazing experience with Zoom Auto Protect! Their customer service is top notch and the claims process was incredibly fast and hassle free. Since March 17, 2026, I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service department through the available number. As of today, March 27, 2026, I have not received any response, acknowledgment, or assistance. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in customer support.

The inability to reach a representative over an extended period raises significant concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of your business practices. Based on my experience, this level of unresponsiveness strongly suggests that this company operates in a deceptive and untrustworthy manner.

I expect an immediate response addressing this issue. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer protection channels and public review platforms.

Had an experience with zoom auto protect. I used my coverage on my Range Rover and the process was smooth fast and completely stress free. They handled everything and got my vehicle back on the road without any hassle. Highly recommend!

I feel sales person was not truthful about what would be covered and how it would be covered. Trying to call and get coverage advice you have to deal with an AI robot that auto denies everything. If my car is brought to a shop to get looked at. They identify a problem. The computer says the issue must be caused by a sudden break down. Not something identified during a 'routine inspection'
If i bring my car for an oil change and during a safety inspection they identify a problem with another part of the vehicle and you are denying a claim that it needs to be repaired then why do I have this insurance?

It’s a scam! I cannot get through to their customer service and the repair shop cannot either. It’s all AI generated.

Zoom is fake. Good idea if you think about it. Sell a warranty. Contract looks legit. And you don't know its a fraud until you go to use it. Sometimes never. In my case the worst of endings. I bought a used exotic. No one else had the car listed. They did. I paid 4000 for 4 years and no deductible. The so called sales guy is Kevin Moore. Good luck ever finding him. Spelling his name. Or getting a call after you pay. My car had electrical issue from day one. Was in the shop for weeks. I didn't and couldn't file a claim that quickly but the dealer was taking care of it. In the end they took the car back 6 weeks later. Gave me a great deal on a new one. Same model. I canceled the Zoom on the used one. Prorated usage and fee took 500 off the top. They owe me 3500. Never see it. BS emails sorry about your experience. Checks in the mail. I've got my bank looking into it. They had the nerve to email and say upon review your disputed the charge with your bank. Funny thing is I had friends inquire about a made up car. They texted and called and chased the lead every day for weeks. Such a scam. Im so pissed off. Feel dirty
