A complete disappointment. My experience turned me from an advocate to a dissident. A technology company that doesn't know how to send an email or text message...

Signed up for a trial ride, they told us to leave and come back in 50 mins.

Came back ~45 later and were told our ride was cancelled and have to wait another 25, since they couldn't send a text to a non US number or email update (even though their system allowed it).

No profuse apology, no attempt to make the issue right. They just wasted our time and made it seem like it was our fault.

Had an excellent ride, fast, quiet and comfortable. But the real bonus was when I accidentally left my hat in the vehicle…..they called within 30 seconds to let me know and the vehicle waited for me to come back and get it. What human driver would do that?! Thank you, Zoox!

Zoox has to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen! The RoboTaxis are so cool! Completely quite inside and they have unreal audio and cooling and heating. Additionally, they are comfy and can charge your phone during the ride! The app is easy to use and it is super easy to request a ride! I do wish they had more stops but otherwise super cool! The seem super safe and drive safer then most people do. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Vegas and honestly a great way to get around! I am really excited to see Zoox come to more cities and I will definitely be riding again when they come to me or I go back to Vegas! 11/10! Would recommend!
