Absolutely disgusting! Arrived 3 weeks later. Said they are London based but in china. Poor quality and copy/fake branded. Requested refund 4 times now and returns address. Keep offering 10% refund only.
No one replying to emails now. £50 wasted on nothing. Do not order!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! London based but shop from China!! My order took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was a cheap copy of a well known brand. I have tried to get a full refund but they keep denying it and finally offered a 10% refund
Now they are not responding, I think these need reporting they must be scamming so many people.

Tracking numbers do not work , every email said it’s on the way , “London “ based company when their delivery company is Chinese??

Total scam ordered 3 weeks ago , no items and no refund , avoid

Quality of the products advertised as made in London is very poor quality. Itchy,cheap and made in china. Scan site with false reviews. Took over 3 weeks to come, when give a tracking number showed they where being shipped from china. I attempted to put a review on there website and they didn’t allow it.

Never received my order of two tracksuits. they replied to my chasing email saying order was in the way, tracking did not work . Order never arrived . SCAM

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Awful avoid - have opened a case for a refund with credit card I used no item and emails stating on the way when it obviously isn’t!

Awful kept telling me on the way but have no tracking no. No response from customer service. Thank goodness I used PayPal as opened a case and money refunded straight away so obviously on their radar as dodgy

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! No goods received and a tracking update to say that the goods have been returned to country of origin due to non-acceptance by customer. No delivery attempt made, and no response from customer service.

If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars, I would! 100% SCAM!!! Do not buy!!!

I’ve contacted them more then once they’ve took my money sent no confirmation email or tracking number when I’ve asked for it more then once but keep making excuses I’ve asked for a refund and still making excuses! Clearly a SCAM!

The customer service is awful, non existent. Do not buy from them!! I bought a tracksuit, and on the website it claims you can get a return if you email them, so I did but I got no response, I have tried multiple times, so now I’m stuck with a tracksuit that doesn’t fit and is bad quality for £30. SCAMMERS

Would give it 0 if I could! Tried emailing them twice, paid for goods which never showed/ can’t get in touch with them, worst customer service ever as expected.. avoid, avoid avoid! Scam!!
