Deceitful Seller, Poor communication

On 27th March, I placed an order #1112 with Zortex Computer for --- Kingston 4TB FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD.

On 31st March, I was told on WhatsApp by Zortex Gaming Solutions Private Limited that the product will be shipped by 5th April.

On 6th April, when I asked for an update, I was asked to wait in the morning. In the evening, when I requested an update about my order again, I was asked to email the company at their email, which I did. I was asked by email to wait again, without any information about my order being provided.

7th April - The seller has informed me that the order has been refunded. I'll update the review after receiving my money back.

Update: 15th April - The seller didn't send me a screenshot of the refund or the refund ARN (transaction no.) despite repeated requests. I have registered a dispute with my credit card's company for a chargeback.

Sadly, Zortex is clearly an unreliable, deceitful seller.

The site Seagate Maxtor Z1 960GB 2.5 inch SATA SSD is available. On asking on chat (Customer support) , it says it will check if stock is available tomorrow. So thats how is customer support! Is this a scam

its a total scam
As SSD and RAM Prices are way too high
This Website shows the MRP which is the original price of the product yet its just a preorder money scam
where you can successfully order but never get ur product or your money back
Be Carefull.

We have already clearly mentioned on our website through a popup that customers should contact our sales team before placing an order for stock and price confirmation. Due to market fluctuations, SSD and RAM pricing may change depending on supplier and warehouse availability.

Once an order is received, it is approved within 24 hours. If the order cannot be processed, the refund is issued through the same payment method.

It's a scam!

Extremely horrible service and contact!
I ordered an Adata Swordfish 500 GB storage for ₹ 2,600, including 18% GST.
There is one email confirmation that my order has been placed, no delivery date or courier service name.
Their email is simply dead no one replied after I sent an email to check product availability on my pin!
Oh..there is a small pop-up on the home page yeah home page!
No pop-up on the product page while purchasing saying-
PLEASE CONTACT US TO KNOW PRODUCT AVAILABILITY ON YOUR PIN FOR RAM STORAGE ETC.
And I was like wtf!
Why is there a small pop-up on the home page? Why not on the product page while purchasing?
And the funniest part payment can be done without signing up
They are accepting orders but there is
no option to cancel the order in the account section!
And they are not picking up the phone and not replying my WhatsApp message either!
As I already know that the storage price is very high at this time even so the listed price there for 500gb is like 2200inr which is the real price without inflation but there is inflation for ram and ssd! I already done a mistake now I want to fix this

I genuinely honestly don't want anyone to buy from this shitty trash website!
Do they know why company like Amazon and Flipkart are still the number one choice for consumer?
Because there is lot of convience and options in your control!
Like tracking order and cancelling the order and getting refund on several options!

I am going to file a consumer report
for this!
Even though If I don't get my money back I will make sure to prevent mistake other people will do in future!

For Order #1085, the status is already marked as Complete / Refunded. As per our process, every order is reviewed within 24 hours, and if it cannot be fulfilled, the refund is processed through the same payment method.

We understand your concern about stock confirmation, pin-code availability, communication delay, and cancellation visibility. Your feedback is valid, and we are reviewing these points internally to improve the buying experience.

Why when I try to order the product price changed

Why when I try to order the product by getting to know more first by connecting with your agent through watsapp the price which was 5-6k instantly becomes 43k+gst of the same model of WD BLACK SN770 SSD and yeah after some time the price dropped to 10-11k + taxes when I give them the screenshot of the price on the web
What a fraud type of buisness you guys are doing just shameless
If it's some type of import fees than why is the price is in rupees and there is no mention in total too
The price is only to lure the costumer and get the money online and after sometime make things on your end
What the hell, shameful and totally shameless

It does not appear to be a legit site

It appears to be a legit site. I chose to order through this Site since the rates were very competitive as compared to Amazon and Flipkart. Although I placed an order for a Hard Disk on Oct 23, 2025, till date have not been provided a Shipment Tracking number or any update about the order having been shipped. There seems to be only one person who manages the Customer service Chat who is not very informative. Trying to communicate via Whatsapp chat results in only a standard message being passed on to us "Hi! Thanks for connecting. Someone from our team will get in touch soon." And nothing after that.Nobody comes back to you. Although the products are all listed as IN Stock in their Global Warehouses, you never can really say if it will be delivered to you. EDIT:-Finally somebody did get back to me saying that they will be unable to deliver the product and cancelled the same. So although the money was deducted, I thankfully did get it back but had to go through the ordeal of not getting the product or information about the same. All in all I would not recommend them as there are far better alternatives out there.
