I was delighted to find a CD I had long searched for & at a super low price. I ordered it and had an expected delivery window. A few days later, I get an email from Amazon that the seller had cancelled my order. I contacted Amazon customer service & requested an explanation from the seller (ZoverStocks). Their response was that there was a technical issue and they had to cancel my order but it was working now. That’s all well and good but the item I ordered was now unavailable. I suspect my order was cancelled so it could be sold for a higher amount. I’ll probably never know but I find it incredibly frustrating how this was handled. I wouldn’t have been given a reason had I not contacted Amazon customer service about this, requesting an explanation from the seller. The justification for the cancellation didn’t sit right & now the album is unavailable (there was only 1 available) Would’ve been nice to contact me about the technical issue and allow me the option to proceed with the order rather than seemingly re selling it to someone else under my nose. Will never order from this company again. Shady.

Ordered a game from Amazon around thanksgiving time as a Christmas gift. Never received it (because it was never sent). Contacted the seller and they told me it was a mistake and out of stock. They lied about refunding the order saying it would be 3-5 days meanwhile it was never initiated on their end so I had to report them through Amazon to get my money back. Huge scam

Ordered a book through Amazon. They never sent it, the order was cancelled after weeks. It seems this place is some sort of scam, buyer beware. Can’t believe they are still able to “sell” through Amazon.

Eine blu ray gekauft. Und dann kamen 14euro zollgebühren dazu! Ohne meines wissens. Und im nachhinein sagt der kundenservice, das ich sie informieren sollte wenn sowas passiert. Wenn man davon aber nichts mitbekommt und dann vor ort bei der post bezahlen muss oder man muss halt die annahme verweigern.
Dieser shop arbeitet damit, sie wissen das zollgebühren anfallen! Sie überholen die zollgebühren nicht und das war dann mein letzter einkauf! Absolute frechheit und nicht nachhaltig für kunden

Ich habe eine DVD gekauft. Und musste einiges an Zollgebühren zahlen. Das war bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich. Werde da nichts mehr kaufen. Nicht zu empfehlen

J'ai un avis de passage du facteur me demandant d'aller chercher au bureau de Poste mon courrier, 30 mn d'attente et CD introuvable. Sur l'avis de passage de la Poste il est précisé que je dois payer 9 euros contre la remise du courrier ; en plus j'ai déjà payé 3 euros de droit de douane à la suite de la réception d'un texto officiel de la Poste précisant bien la référence exacte du courrier. J'ai déjà payé à la commande 9.16 euros pour le CD !!! A ce jour ça fait 12.16 euros en tout ( 9.16+3) et si l'on retrouve le CD encore 9 euros à payer. Cette situation n'est pas acceptable. Fuyez ZOverstock !

Ordered a pricey cheese grater and received a cd. I have sent cd back and still waiting for refund. In the package with the cd, I received a picture of the cheese grater with hand written on picture was "here is what you ordered". What kind of CRAP is this. A complete SCAM. Would like to know how many times this has happened as seems like a class action lawsuit. Company takes your money and sends you wrong item with a picture. Complete misrepresentation with a bait in switch on customers.
How does a cd qualify as a cheese grater??

Communication is terrible and it seems to me that expecting a delivery from them via ROYAL MAIL is very questionable. I waited 6 weeks and have yet to get refund. I will not be buying anything outside USA again.

A terrible experience never sent me the CD I ordered through Amazon Amazon gave me a hard time with the refund had to go to the bank to file a fraud dispute even after I sent them their wrong CD back they still haven't refunded me my money. They don't even deserve one star. 😡👎

Their DVD's do not play on American DVD players in the U.S. for some reason. They are restricted. Also, I did NOT know this was coming from the U.K. which is a big part of the problem most likely.

Not happy with them at all got this DVD I had no idea it was mailed from UK. Can’t be played on my DVD player !

Ein Teil der Bestellung kam spät, aber fristgerecht, allerdings mussten erhebliche Zollgebühren bezahlt werden. Der andere Teil der Bestellung hat mich nie erreicht. Der Verkäufer reagiert auch auf intensives Nachforschen nur mit automatisch generierten Antworten.
DEFINITIV NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Habe über Amazon eine CD bestellt in einem guten Zustand . Sie kam 3 Tage früher als erwartet an und sah wie neu aus. Makellos , Alles war dabei . Habe jetzt nochmal eine CD bestellt und bin zuversichtlich , dass diese auch kein Reinfall wird. War um ehrlich zu sein schockiert , als ich die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen gesehen habe ...

Update: Habe die neue CD gestern erhalten (10 Tage bevor sie eigentlich ankommen sollte )und alles war wieder perfekt . Zoverstocks hat mich also bis jetzt noch nie enttäuscht

was auch andere schreiben: wenn man etwas lang gesuchtes oder sehr spezielles hier findet, ist die Lieferzeit zweitrangig, ggf. auch die Kosten - aber: wenn ich bei diesem Versender via amazon zeitgleich mehrere Artikel bestelle, gehen die Versandkosten hoch, wie ein Multiplikator, also je CD +3€, bei 3 CDs bereits 9€ -
als Kunde, der am Ende nur ein Päckchen erhält, empfinde ich das als Unverschämtheit!

I ordered a cd from Zoverstock through Amazon and it never arrived. I contacted Amazon about this several times and they told me to wait and that they couldn’t refund me until I had waited for a longer time to see if it might still possibly arrive. So I waited, complained again, told to wait. After over 1 year the cd never arrived and when I could finally submit a request for refund Zoverstocks claimed I had bought it too long ago for them to have it in their records. They only have enough memory to keep records for 1 year??? Absurd. In this day and age you can only keep a basic record of amount, title, address, buyer for 1 year? It’s a total sham. The worst part is not the lost money, it’s that it was a present for someone and I constantly had to keep a watch on it because it was never delivered, and Amazon kept pushing the date I could ask for a refund for months. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the cd! These guys just wear you down and rip you off. Utterly immoral.
