definitely do not recommend this store.

There has been no customer contact for 3 weeks.

They don't respond to emails or return phone calls.

They mock the customer

Receiving a mail re. subscription and Trustpilot survey before receiving the package...what is that? Placed order on Sep. 8., order was confirmed on Sept. 14 - today it's Sept. 23rd - no delivery. After delivery I am happy to make a new review.

Normalt super service og levering.
Bortset fra denne levering hvor der var en svipser i leveringen ved afsendelse.

Der gik godt nok lidt lang tid med at få varen varerne
men efter et opkald med rigtig god betjening blev det lille problem løst. 😊👍

I have ordered and payed a rod on their website (5 weeks ago). Nothing is sent. 5 weeks without answering mail or phone. Terrible service.

I have ben 4 weeks waiting for my order and after a lot of email without an answer. Finaly I received my goods with 6 pack poly leaders less and again... calls and emails without answer....🤬 10 weeks... 10 weeks...
10 poly = € 120,- do I gate de poly leder or my money back???
Are there some one who have the same problem as me???? Do I have to believe with all 5stars review????

I have been the president of an association for about ten years that brings together fishermen from Samon with 200 members. I am also an instructor in our association that organizes about ten spey cast training courses each year in France and occasionally in Belgium. As an instructor, I regularly test rods and fishing lines. For rods, length, weight, action depending on the profile of the river and fishing lines.
I prefer mid-fast action rods that provide versatility in fishing.
For fishing lines of equal weight, I prefer length (better anchoring) and most importantly, the profile of the line. I have been using Zpey Fusion shooting lines for many years, which for me have a perfect profile that allows for perfect energy transfer when casting as well as very discreet poses. I hope Zpey continues to produce this profile for a long time.
