I used my frother everyday for 6 years till it finally slowed down. I contacted the website and got a replacement with the lifetime guarantee. They sent me two new ones and I'm loving it.

At first Santiago was very responsive and helpful. Once I paid for the shipping and repair he stop responding. I had to send another email to customer service and inform them that I planned to dispute the charge if I didn't hear back from them regarding my shipping lable. I received a response right away apologizing for the delay. They sent me a shipping and repair lable and I mailed the Magia espresso machine today. I will follow up with another review once the machine is back.

Easy to order; could afford various items because they were on sale.
Ordered arrived well packaged and items are quality

Great quality kitchen tools. I originally bought Zulay through online Macy's app, but now I go directly to the Zulay site to buy their products. They always have something on sale. Good site.

In this age of increasing automation creeping into every aspect of our lives it's a huge relief to know there's another human at the other end of a transaction.

That said, I purchased a Zulay frother off Amazon that incidentally arrived with an issue that resulted in my decision to reach out for a return... and OMG did they make it right! I won't go into all the details because I feel like I got preferential treatment (ya, it was that good).
IDK who I was communicating with but throughout it all I even got links for recipes & how-to tips!👌

I would not recommend ordering from this site unless you are a 100% sure you are not going to return it. It has been over 2weeks now and still am not able to get it return. There is no phone number, just email. It has not been a pleasant experience.

1) phone support operators do NOT understand U.S. English very well.
2) rather than getting the ONE replacement item I wanted, two arrived.
3) the item I actually wanted, a red milk frother, is UNUSABLE due to being so sticky and tacky that it is unnerving.
4) email response from the company is non-existent so far.

We had an issue with a battery operated milk frother. Quit working after Amazon’s return time expired. With the product lifetime warranty, I contacted the company. They immediately got back with me and gave me satisfactory options and quickly sent a new frother. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

I bought a black 9 cup coffee maker and after a couple months it started to not lay flat on the stove, it was wobbling but I just dealt with it then a few months after rhe handle broke and I couldnt use it so I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced it. I didnt have to send the broken one back, just pay a $6 shipping fee. the customer service was excellent.

Got the standard milk frother on Amazon. Loved the product. It worked very well until it just stopped working out of nowhere. I changed the batteries and it still didn’t work. It lasted about 3-4 months. So I called the number on the back and they were so nice and helpful on the phone. They ended up sending me two new ones free of charge. Thank you for making it right for us as we enjoy using the frother on our coffee. Excellent customer service guys. Keep it up!

I had two frothers from Zulay Kitchen and unfortunately one of them dropped working out if no where. I know things like this will happen even if you only had the products for a dhort time. However, i reached out to Zulay Kitchen to see what they could do. They were so kind and so responsive that they sent me two new replacements for the one that stopped working.
