2 weeks is still early, so keep going with it every night. With lichen sclerosus the skin takes a while to settle down, and most women tell us it keeps getting better the longer they use it.

And thank you for saying you're a real person. People really do wonder, so that matters.

Keep using it every night, especially for the bumps. The itching usually settles first and the skin takes longer to catch up, so don't give up on it yet. But if they're still bleeding, please get them properly looked at. Don't leave that one.

You're right about the research too. There isn't enough of it, and far too many women get told to just live with this.

The part that stood out to us was the ice pack. So many women describe keeping something cold by the bed and getting up through the night to reapply it, so reading that you don't need it any more and that you're sleeping a full night — is genuinely the best thing we hear.

We'll be honest with you on your last point, because you were honest with us: NightSkin isn't a cure and we'd never claim it is.

What it does is keep the skin comfortable and supported.

But you're right that it builds, skin that's been irritated for a long time responds to steady, consistent care, and three jars in, that's exactly what you've been giving it.

And thank you for speaking to the women still hesitating. Coming from someone on her 3rd order, that carries far more weight than anything we could say.

"Helped, but not gone yet" is exactly where a lot of women are in the first few weeks, and it isn't a sign it's stopped working. Skin that's been irritated for a long time tends to settle in stages rather than all at once, and the soothing you're feeling now is usually the first part of that.

So keep going with it nightly and give it a proper run. And if it stalls, or you're ever unsure whether you're using it the best way for your skin, just email us ...

Needing the Dermol less often is exactly the kind of thing we hope to hear Jennifer, that's amazing ❤️

We'd always say keep doing whatever you and your doctor have agreed between you.

NightSkin is meant to sit alongside what you're already using rather than replace it — so if it's taking some of the load off, that's a genuine result and we're really pleased.

And thank you for naming lichen sclerosus. A lot of women go years without ever hearing those words said out loud, and seeing someone write it plainly in a review is how some of them finally work out what they've been living with.

We're truly sorry for the experience you've had. Waiting this long for an order is completely unacceptable, and we understand why you're frustrated.

Unfortunately, we've recently experienced delivery issues with a small number of shipments, and in some cases the courier continued showing incorrect tracking updates, which only added to the confusion. We sincerely apologize for that.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way, as this is never the experience we want anyone to have.

Regarding the cream itself, it's completely normal for products containing sea buckthorn oil to be white or off-white depending on the formulation and the concentration used. The colour of the finished cream is not determined solely by one ingredient.

We also apologise if you felt your questions about the ingredients weren't answered. That certainly wasn't our intention. We do our best to respond to every customer, and we're sorry if we missed your messages.
