1Not satisfied

1. It took long time to reach Bangalore try to streamline deliveries.
2. I ordered splendor silver and splendor gold both are taste good but absulatly no flavours which disappointed me. I have another source to get my tea from Calcutta this time I thought to try your product but.......

Absolutely DISAPPOINTING

I fail to understand why you are using Delhivery for delivering orders. My order was placed on 28th October and today - 4th November I got the items delivered.
In today's context, this is utterly unacceptable...you charged Rs 120 for delivery and it took a week...if you had put this package on Speed post, it would have taken maximum 2 days and would definitely be cheaper...

My search for my tea ends here

In my previous purchase it was splendor gold and was quite satisfying. Today I have received splendor platinum and my first cup was something I experienced in back 20 years, this flavour, this pleasure comes to me. This time I received my tea earlier than previous one. Thank you so much.

Packing
Received courier, but to my surprise
the packing is not as i expected. You are suppose to send the tea powder in air tight box or in tetra pack, so as to keep the aroma & tea fresh. I have not tasted yet, will give u feedback later.
