I ordered just like the other reviewers here and have has the same experience - Money taken from my credit card but still no delivery. When I tried to see if they had a tracking number it took me to Shopify to purchase more things. I looked on the UK Governments website to check if it's actually a business and sadly found the real company was dissolved in October 2025 - Please do not fall for this company's offer of health products.

This company have added on quite a few extras. It said free shipping, but has charged, also extra insurance and an eligibility payment whatever that is. I paid via PayPal on 24th Nov and now its 7th Dec and nothing has arrived. I have emailed 3 times and no response. Recommend you do not order from them.Feel cheated

As other review...added extra £5 for postage & insurance onto PayPal payment after agreeing cost when ordering, which stated free shipping and no mention of an insurance cost. Surely this is not legal ?
It is now 13th Dec and not received order.

Beware if you've ordered or thinking of ordering any health products sold by this company from a click through ad on Facebook, that although they offer free shipping, after payment shipping and insurance is added to Paypal payment contrary to the figure on the invoice.
