Pressured to make 5* review on pick up of the car. I advised driver I will not do that on the spot. He was pressuring me as his boss apparently told him so to do. Service was good but instructions when booking unclear. This should not be classed as meet and greet when you have to walk 10min to terminal. Also collection of the car as per email was meant to be at level 3 of multi storey car park at the terminal and that's why I booked it but instead on the phone woman told me I have to walk to mid stay to pick up my car. Waiting time for drop off or pick up cca 30 minutes and not 15 as advertised. Good service but few untruthfully advertised bits.
