Took over £100 for two ETB's and will never process the refund.
You need to contact your bank/credit card company and request using a Section 75 claim or a ‘chargeback’ to get your money back.

Scam, never shipped items. - no answer to support team (4 attempts ) be aware

I contacted someone that followed zephyra tcg on Facebook today as sep 7 2026 and I said to him do u know if zephyra is legit website and he responded to don't text me and immediately blocked me I feel like that just gave me like he's friends with the website or knows something is up or doesn't want any problems, anyways tho , their website was made this year as well their building just looks like a regular building no front store logo or insight how their store looks like feels like was a AI website just " give me ur best realistic website to make it look professional"
It does look to good to be true rather buy a 160 etb I took a screenshot too of the person on Facebook

This company is a scam 100%. When you try to purchase something from them you'll receive an invoice from a furniture company. Then they'll lie to you and say it's because they own 2 businesses.

Unfortunately I confirmed this myself. They even responded to email so I thought it might be legit. They are marketing heavily on Facebook.
