Customer Service checking in that all was OK.
Good product - beautiful packaging including a glass lilac pot but most importantly am starting to see horizontal necklines soften.

Skin very soft in the neck area, it’s no worse.
I think it’s a bit early for spectacular results.

Its too early to see a major difference but I so far the cream is being absorbed very well and my neck looks hydrated. I believe in time I should see a significant improvement

After using others serums over months and not noticed any difference I was trying to find something that hopefully worked. Everytime this product popped up with great reviews so I thought I’d try it.
Well only on first jar and halfway through the product I can honestly say from the moment I started using it I could feel the tightness and the smoothness on my neck. It goes on very light and it absorbs quickly like a cloudy gel texture. I’ve not seen this with any other serum, can’t wait to see if continued use gets even better. Gave 4 stars as I’ve just stated it but already loving it and I know I’ll be reordering. Highly recommend giving Zyren a go by far the best as a topical cream.

Product stopped working after 2 uses! Customer service will not reply for a refund! Wouldn’t not recommend this company at all, also the lovely pictures they show of how the product is packaged is far from the truth! Flimsy packaging that doesn’t protect product or look good!

I’ve been using zyren for a fortnight now and although it hasn’t got rid of all my neck wrinkles, my skin has started to feel firmer. I like the texture of the cream and it’s easy to apply so I will keep using it.

First neck cream I’ve tried that has worked and much cheaper than all the others

Have noticed my skin around my neck definitely feels smoother and soft. Will most likely order more

A lot of thought and research goes into my skin care ,and I must say that I am thrilled at the results I am seeing so far by using this cream.

Great company with very good customer care. The cream is in a gorgeous lilac jar that looks lovely on display. Only been using the cream a week so too early to see results yet but have been happy with the company as a whole.

I've been really impressed with the cream already, it has a lovely texture and it absorbs so quickly into my skin. The packaging looks classy and stylish. I've used the elevator by Trinny London and Prai ageless throat cream but nothing has really worked for me. I'm 55 years old and over the last year I've lost almost 3 stone in weight unfortunately I now have loose skin particularly on my neck, I've read the reviews and I so pleased that I can already see an improvement in the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend.

Using Zyren neck cream has been a wonderful experience it glides on perfectly, I use it every morning and before bed. It's become part of my beauty routine, My neck area is improving, the packaging from Zyren arrived in attractive packaging.

Ordered after positive reviews. Be patient for delivery .. customer service are very responsive if you do have a query. Will trial the cream and hope for the same results as seen online.

I have used this product for a couple of days now and have already been impressed with how the skin on my neck is feeling. The consistency of the cream is light and glides on beautifully leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturised. I look forward to continuing to use this neck cream and see the benefits to my skin. Would add that communication with the company has been exceptional and feels very personal. Would highly recommend! :)

The team kept in contact to let me know about the delay in my order. When i received it the product looked classy and the cream was non greasy and absorbed well. Time will tell as to whether it'll do the job but I'll update my review in a few weeks.
