The product arrived in a timely manner, however the colour of the product was slightly different to excepted. I emailed to ask if they had the one I thought I could purchase however unfortunately I did not. Rather than leaving it at that, the company offered me a 15% discount due to the product not looking the same as the image, or a full refund.
