NEVER USE THIS COMPANY- order accepted & paid in full - delivery arranged, never turned up? 2nd delivery arranged, again not delivered, apparently order on damaged goods crate?I get that things go wrong, cheap labour, human error but 3rd delivery arranged, goods delivered to wrong address 200 miles away? Really? 4th delivery arranged, no excuse for non delivery? "Don't know what happened". 5th & final delivery date arranged, goods didn't leave warehouse!!! Try getting a refund- payment got stuck in system LOL!! This company is completely incompetent & full of crap with excuses for non delivery DO NOT EVER PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH FOR THESE COWBOYS!!

Apologies for the issues with your delivery. This is not the high standard service we offer our customers and we are both disappointed and regretful to read of your experience.
We take full responsibility for the repeat errors made and a manager will be calling you this afternoon to discuss this further.
Hopefully this can be resolved and again we do sincerely apologise and appreciate you taking the time to give feedback.
I can assure you this is not the norm and a full investigation will be carried out.
