Lovely furtinture shame about the appalling customer service
Ordered 2 bedside units which were delivered as agreed. However not exactly what I wanted so rang to arrange a return and new order. Took ages to get through then nobody returned my call for 4 days. The after sales service was appalling and nobody seemed to know what was going on and didn’t really care either. Eventually I received my new units and I am very pleased with them. Just could have done without all the hassle

My apologies that you initially struggled to reach us. We were suffering with severe staff shortages due to sickness during this period in February which unfortunately meant that we were dealing with some fairly major call backlogs.
