I made a 1 day online reservation to pick up my car in Galluswarte. After arriving there to pick up my car, the employee told me I should wait one hour because there was no car availability at the moment. After one hour had passed, he told me I should go to the airport to pick up my car. I spent another 50 minutes to go to the airport only to find out that things were worse there (20 meters queue) and I was told I might get a car (if there was still availability) if I was waiting there approximately 4 hours. I went back to the Galluswarte branch and started complaining for the whole situation. The employee was very rude and he didn't even apologize to me. In the end of the day I did not get a car so I had to cancel my day-trip.

P.S. I have used Enterprise in other countries in the past (Spain, UK, Slovenia) and had a great experience. But I will NEVER use it again in Germany.
