I have been using CPC since 1984 when I had a tv service business. Never any issues then and I still use them for components and service aids with few problems. However, I do wish they would take a lot more care when shipping out flourescent tubes. They were so badly packed they were refused on delivery but a credit was issued by a phone call with no fuss.
I have an order to place now and will continue to do so!
