NOT ONLY ARE THEY SCAMMING, BUT ALSO THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE! DO NOT HABE YOUR HOLIDAY/FLIGHT RUINED! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We are very sorry for the stressful experience. This rare , unforeseen delay was caused by an IT issue for which we were not responsible. This has affected a batch of tests and as you rightly point out it has affected a number of people. Our team has been working through the night to minimize the effects of this and have been able to start sending out the results in the early hours of today. As you can see from our previous reviews we strive to provide our customers with the best service and we are happy that we managed to deliver your esults even with some delay.
