We are so pleased to see how happy you are with your new product, this is exactly how we want our customers to feel about the orders they place with us!

As a company we work differently from other companies, we order in small batches straight from the manufacturers, we advertise products on our website with different lead times depending on where in the manufacturing process they are.

We do not carry much stock as we do not have big stores or warehouses, they are shipped directly from the manufacturers to our dispatch centre then processed ready for the couriers to collect.
