Have a problem with transferring over to shell from my last energy company.
Spoke with Chrystal with Shell today. She was polite informed and listened. She couldn’t solve my problem today but was extremely helpful and explained how and why things are as they are. Feel much better having spoken to her and she has assured me the issue will be resolved in the near future once a few things are confirmed.
Good customer service for a change.
