My son, daughter in law & granddaughter went to office to purchase holiday shoes
My son purchased three pairs of shoes
When he came home they were packing the suit cases fortunately his brother had noticed he had given two right shoes he was so angry
I rang the store
I asked to speak to the manager
When I started to explain she started laughing
Said I know exactly what you are going to say
I said I’m sorry but what is funny about that !!!!
But she said I was being rude
So I said how would you feel if you were going on holiday packing your case and was given to right shoes I don’t think you would be laughing
I was so disgusted with the service I told her I was going to take it further
That was not the customer service I was expecting😡 now I’m left to pick up the pieces while he has gone on holiday without his shoes he spends an awful lot of money in office don’t think he will be going there again only to get a refund 😡😡😡
