Auto Subscription Scam! Hard to Cancel!!! Can never find the account match! JOKE
EDIT--- Since my review On Top Up called me back and cancelled my auto subscription. --- My boyfriend had run out of credit. I googled top ups for this provider and the on top up website came up first. I paid 11.89 and he received a 10.00 top up. each month since then i have had 11.89 taken from account and no top up had been received!!! i have tried to cancel online and was assured this had been done. again this month another 11.89 taken... i have rang them and they are unable to locate an account! i have read this on 9/10 responses to the reviews on here!!! they manage to locate our bank accounts!!! still no closer to cancelling or getting a refund and i think I will be left with no choice other than to cancel my bank card!!! furious this is so unfair and in this climate money is tight and some people could go without food or heating falling victim to this!!!

Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a matching account. If you could please advise your full name or email the account was registered under, then we can look into the service query for you. Unfortunately, we require more information than just your first name, as we have a lot of Katie's on our database! If other's provided their full name, we would be able to locate their accounts as well.
