The delivery instructions were to take a photo INSIDE the front door, or deliver to neighbours if no one home. The parcel was left on the doorstep, outside, in clear view of anyone walking past, and no attempt to deliver to neighbours. Luckily it wasn’t raining, otherwise the contents would have been ruined!!!
