What a scam of a company.... i have heard of these things happening but not personally until now. my Girlfriend and I Rented a car from Ibiza depot for a few days (not partying and staying north) and returned it in perfect condition, he went around the car and couldn't find anything wrong with it although desperate to. then just rubbed his hand on the underneath of the car and said, yep there is a damage there, without even looking underneath. he then said my CC will be charged 260 euro for it. we got it all on video and took photos of something that doesnt exist. this must happen all the time, proper scam they have going on there. i know have to put a claim into youdospain.com to get the money back. can't believe these people get away with it!!! His name was William and apparently the manager. We asked for the police to arrive which they did and then luckily made them print out the paperwork for us to make the claim as he didn't want to. love to hear what reply they come back with on here because they won't reply to my messages.
