Installer arrived within 4 hour time slot chosen by me. He also phoned to say he was 10 minutes away. Plenty of texts from EDF beforehand as reminders and preparing for access. Gas and electricity off separately for around 20 minutes and installer checked all was working normally before leaving. He was pleasant and professional. Overall took 2 hours.
