I recently bought an IPhone 12 Mini, for £349.99 it was advertised In (excellent condition) for my husband.
Some of the keys on the right hand side of the phone kept sticking, making it very tedious to send a text. Also the phone was bent!
I tried to contact Back Market via their online Portal, to no avail. There was a fault with their website, I kept getting the message’ I had not bought anything from Back Market ‘ so they could not issue a refund !
They do not list a contact number! Very annoying !
I Emailed them & got a reply saying they would be in touch within 24 business hours. They DID NOT!
As you only have 30 days to return a phone I was getting anxious about Back Markets lack of customer service.
Eventually I got a response from Loop Mobile who managed to get Back Market to refund us.
It even took LM several attempts.
We received very poor customer service from BM & I would never use their site again.
