To begin with, the support was not the best, it took them 3 days for them to reply. I had problem where I entered a wrong phone number and I wanted them to change it before anything happens and so I wrote a support ticket, they changed it after 3 days on paper, but the delivery people didn't know the changed number, so then what happened is that I wasn't contacted when I would receive the package, so naturally, I missed it, after that it took the CTT a while for them to send a envelope for the pick up location, if they had notified that the phone number was wrong, it would not have been this awkward and more effort than it should. The site also said that the item would be delivered within 5 days if it was in Europe, well somehow it took them 10 days for it. The items came with a few scratches but is not too bad, since the important part is the powder, the free cup that I received in the other hand had way too many scratches, that it feels a bit uncomfortable.
