Unfortunately, if the buyer identifies any issues that were not listed on your selling profile, they may look to cancel the sale or adjust their offer at the point of collection to take this into account, as your offer is based on the accuracy of the information provided and advertised on your profile.
The buyer has provided us with multiple instances of evidence showing additional damage to the vehicle that was not listed on the profile. However, there is never any obligation for you to accept a reduced offer made during the on-site inspection. The process of selling your vehicle on the Motorway platform is voluntary throughout and therefore you may withdraw from the process at any stage. We do, however, apologise for any confusion.

Otherwise, whilst we regret that your experience did not meet our high standards of customer satisfaction, we're glad you were ultimately able to sell your vehicle and wish you all the best in the future.
