Disgusting Hastings

My grandson a an accident in July,he was breath tested and negative, Hastings wanted him to get a report saying this which he tried to get but was told Hastings had to apply for it.i later found out by the police 101service that they do this because they have to pay for it if they have to apply.its taken longer because of this and my grandson needs a car for work..... TOTALLY DISGUSTING to save a few pounds. am authorised by him to deal with his claim.
