Do not use this company
Do not use this company, go directly to the place you want to use, we arrived at our accommodation and we wasn’t happy therefor we asked for a full refund in which the accommodation place had requested a full refund on their side, rang spa breaks they full on refused us a refund and said it’s not negotiable, the customer service is very poor to say it’s a huge company, don’t give them your money they will do anything to not give yours back, they will give you a credit note that’s only valid for 1 year and think this is acceptable.

Spabreaks.com work with well over 500 plus UK based spas and hotels which may have varying cancellation and refund policies, however in order to standardise our Terms and Conditions all Spabreaks.com bookings are non refundable and this information is displayed as part of the booking process before payment is completed and also on your subsequent booking confirmation.
I appreciate that the venue have inferred that you would receive a full refund, however this is not within our Terms and Conditions and in this instance a credit note for the full amount has been created. The credit note is valid for 1 year from its issue date and can be redeemed at any venue and for any experience on the Spabreaks.com website.
