This is Bruce Hershensons motto on his site -Emovieposters.- I guarantee you will be a happy buyer - well Bruce - I certainly wasn’t.
This is my experience from dealing with this
Man and his company .
I bought a roll of posters rough value $3000.
2 months later after numerous contact with
This company - still no posters .I am getting
Worried - no update from them - only keep
Waiting .
Getting nowhere I contacted the company and told them that I can’t wait any Longer
And asked them would they refund my money or would I go to my credit card company to get them to chargeback what they owed me .
Next thing I get Bruce Hershenson onto me
By Email bypassing the staff member I was
Dealing with.He tells me my account is frozen and not to buy anything from the site
Anymore .He said he was refunding my money for the lost roll all because I asked
Him whether they would refund the money
Or I would ask my credit card company to refund .I got a large chunk of my money back but I was left short €469.63 compared to what I paid for the goods .
I just wanted to get my Money Back because I couldn’t get what I paid for .
There is no customer service with this company .When you have to wait two months with no update and have to go begging to get your Money back .- it’s appalling.All Bruce Hershenson was interested in was getting his money back - he had no interest in me -he wanted me to go on some 3rd party platform for him about
Credit for him and when I refused he told me to go back to my credit card company and they will sort it - a nightmare .
I logged the chargebacks with my credit card
Company and hopefully they will sort it .
I am just warning people if you have any issue with missing goods - the owner will freeze your account and you will find it impossible to deal with him and get your money back .Its easy to see why sales at this company are falling yearly When you are dealing with the likes of this man .
It came at a great time for me with EBAY
Now abolishing all sellers fees and having
To pay no more excessive seller fees for consignment - it’s fantastic .
I will keep pursuing the rest of my money
