Needs improvement.

My dehumidifier did not arrive the next day as promised on the website. It arrived 5 days later.
I registered the warranty on line and did not receive a receipt by email. So I had to phone Meaco and they put through the warranty again and I still haven’t received acknowledgment by email. Still waiting.

I'm so sorry for the delay with your order. DPD who handles the stock for your order advised incurred a delay with shipping your order due to a surge in demand. We will be working with DPD to ensure that this isn't an issue moving forward.

With regards to your warranty, this is registered with Meaco directly rather than ourselves.
