I was happy with my flight to Spain, with no issues but coming home it was a different story. We arrived in Birmingham and were preparing to disembark when we were told we had to wait for two buses to take us to the terminal. First one came and took the first set of passengers off, we then had to wait for the second bus to turn up with a staff member saying we had to wait in line. When we got on the bus we ended up going half way round the airport grounds to get to the doors leading to the security checkpoint. Not impressed at all.
