Neil met us as we walked in asked what we would be looking for .we told him a comfortable sofa as I have back trouble after having back surgery .he was not pushy at all,said he was there if we needed him and just explained a few alternatives we could have besides those in the showroom .we had a good walk round, without being hovered over like some shops do which puts us off.we saw the furniture we wanted ,was very comfy , Niel came and helped us , we were made a coffee . We made our order and was very happy how Neil handles everything for us .not pushy at all .great sales chap.we have had furniture in the past from DFS and been very pleased .thank you .look forward to our furniture.
