Lauren the customer advisor was very very helpful, I rang about being really disappointed with my trade in offer. She offered me more money so to keep my trade in, and I accepted. I did think my iPhone was in pristine condition to look at, as I have always looked after it. But I do understand the reasons. Thank you Lauren for explaining the issue with my iPhone.
