Insights + added to Wiser System
I’ve recently upgraded my Wiser System to include insights +.
I did have to contact their help desk to get a few things sorted but as always they are so helpful and informative and dealing with them is a delight and for me a masterclass in how customer services should be.
The wiser system as a whole for me has been great as has the app, there will always be issues and glitches with any technology but knowing you’ve great customer service at hand when they do is that extra piece of mind you need.
