AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a cage from these online then I was sent an email saying they had put the costs up and wanted more money. I said no I purchased it at that price from your website. I then got a phone call from the owner who had gave me a lot of abuse over the phone as I asked for my money back. I’ve received a load of text messages harassing me and phoning me.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review,

This morning I have liaised with our packaging team and have asked for more information about this,

You placed the order via our website during the morning 1/4/2025 for a large parrot cage, our packaging team followed the normal procedure in attempting to book in your order with the pallet courier (bare in mind this is a very large parrot cage and can only be delivered via a pallet courier service)

James who is our packaging manager attempted to book this in with the courier but was told that the delivery address is blacklisted and they no longer deliver to that address,

James then attempted to contact you Angela via your mobile but you didn’t answer and it went to voicemail so a email was then sent to you.

You then contacted James on his private number at 19:32 in the evening whilst he was out and not during work hours because close of business on this day was 3pm so around 4 hours after the close of business,

During this phone conversation you attempted to blackmail him into still sending you the item or you would leave negative reviews and when he told you it’s not possible you made homophobic remarks to the way he sounded on the phone, then hung up.

10 minutes later a withheld number then called James and more threats were made by your partner which was recorded, your partner tried to intimidate James by saying he was going to visit the warehouse to see him tomorrow 2/4/2025, your partner also said that he was going to break into one of our warehouses and steal in his words “he would take things whether we are there or not”

There is no need for this sort of behaviour you purchased a item and you were refunded for that item 2 hours after purchasing it, we know we are the cheapest retailer of parrot cages in the Uk but blackmailing us into getting what you want is ridiculous.

How are you supposed break the news to a customer that the only reason why the pallet courier won’t deliver to your addresses is because it’s a blacklisted property (they have had trouble with this particular address before)
